The Roman Bath, Bath UK

Morning:

  • The Roman Baths

As you can tell by the name of the city, the Roman bath is the main attraction, so this is a must-visit. Make sure to book your slot in advance, especially during a bank holiday weekend. They provide an audio guide at the entrance, which you can use to learn the history of the Roman bath, and then you are basically free to walk around for as long as you wish. The interior can get quite crowded, though (I went on a Saturday, so maybe that didn't help, but it made me feel a tad claustrophobic).

  • Grab Brunch

There are a few good breakfast and brunch places you can head to. If you're going on a weekend, you might want to make reservations to avoid putting your name on the waitlist. The following are good options: Good Day Cafe, Cafe Lucca, Cortado.

Afternoon:

  • Stroll around the city center

Bath's city center has great architectural gems. It's very British, with buildings and streets straight out of a movie. Make sure to stop by some of its landmark: Abbey, Pulteny bridge with view of the River Avon. If you have time you can also walk to Prior Park Landscape Garden.

  • Chill at the park

Take a break at Parade gardens, chill on the grass with some snacks or a drink. It's a cute little park with a view of the River Avon.

  • Head to the Royal Crescent

Make sure to head to the Royal Crescent and take a tour of Victoria Park. If you've watched the Netflix TV show Bridgerton, you might recognize that this is a backdrop they filmed in. Check out this site for all the filming scenes in Bath.
